Instead of cgi, why not show all practical?
We want plenty and plenty of most eerie and horrifying muscle inflation films like these, can you guys send a lot of them please, like hundreds of them? You have admit that they are much creepier than almost the rest, almost in the 80s style of body transformation sequences. And better yet, write thousands of letters to those artists and film making productions and ask them make many prosthetics special make-up fx HEAD/BODY/MUSCLE GROWTH HORROR movies. And I say go for it right now!

A guy's bicep arm is like it's transforming into a horrifying monster some sort.

Filmmakers in film making industries ought to make plenty and plenty of practical prosthetic special FX (Body Horror) to (Body Throbbing/Morphing) movies and plenty of short movies about monstrous muscle growth.

Practical effects are 100X much better than cgi.
Special makeup FX artists gotta do muscle inflation prosthetics fx films out of these, possibly a lot of sequels if needed.
