In the fifth episode of season one, Stewart Lawrence is cursed with lycanthropy but goes on a date with a woman and falls in love despite his condition. He accidently bites her and she transforms into a were-Lawrence. He then gets the idea of traveling back in time to get his former lover to kill him but ends up creating a paradox where he is the werewolf who infects himself with lycanthropy:

The episode "I am the Passenger" features the Wren, who has taken the form of a professional fighter's girlfriend. She kisses him and absorbs and transforms into him while the chauffeur looks on in horror:
The first transformation is caused by the release of Blisk spores that turn people into alien-human hybrids. The second has Crypto cornering Ivan, who retaliates by infecting himself with spores to avoid questioning:
In episode 3, thanks to an ego boost from Vanessa, a demon becomes more of a beast. But after a slam session, he becomes more humble and small:
In episode 6, Chrissy tries to help her friend with his body issues, which seems to work, but an unfortunate side effect causes him to transform into a monster:
In the episode "Fleshed Out," Wolfie transforms into a human, but after getting angry at the vampire bully he transforms back:
