Many thanks, Oozarufan. I also confess to having a weakness for giant monster transformations, and though I'm also not a Dragon Ball fan, it does have some of the best transformations in all of anime. These involve the show's protagonists, Goku and Gohan (father and son), who are from a race of aliens born with monkey tails. When they see the full moon, they transform into ooazru, King Kong-sized apes (though apes don't have tails) with a suspiciously werewolf-like snouts. The transformations combine clothes-bursting, muscle-growth, age-progression, and muzzle-growth, making them a transformation-fan's delight.

I should also note that Dutchbull has the oozaru transformation scene from the live action Dragon Ball Evolution film. Not as good as the cartoon versions, but not negligible either.
All that's left to post here is Goku's transformation into a golden-furred ape in episode 33 of Dragon Ball GT. Here is Ohzaruohzaru's edit of the scene:
