Hotel Transylvania: Transformania (Dragon/Monster Transformation)

Computer animation has a poor record with transformations. Traditional animation has done very well with transformation scenes, but computer animation tends to skip or elide them. Presumably this has something to do with technological and budget limitations, but in any case there have been very few memorable transformation scenes in a computer-animated cartoon feature. Hotel Transylvania: Transformania is the exception to the rule. 

According to Amazon, Transformania is "#1 streaming movie in America," so you might already have seen it. But if you just want to watch all the transformation scenes, a YouTube channel called The Male Muscle Growth Archives has helpfully uploaded them. 

Let's start with human character Johnny transforming into a dragon-like monster:

Next, the monster characters turn human, and we see Johnny briefly go more demonic:

Johnny gets angry and grows bigger and more monstrous:

There's also a disappointing reversion scene, but it does show Johnny in Godzilla form.

Jump Square Rise (Werewolf Transformation)

The Autumn 2021 issue of this manga (also known as Jump SQ. Rise and ジャンプＳＱ.ＲＩＳＥ) features a one-shot titled Wolf & Witch. 

Quickie 6 (Age Progression & Muscle Growth)

This well-rendered animation by AgeGrowthFictions shows a skinny weakling turning into a big strong man. Definitely NSFW. This free video was originally uploaded to the artists's Subscribestar account, which I encourage you to visit along with his Deviantart account.

Fantastic Sango - Realm of Legends (Tiger Transformation)

 In episode 1, our main characters try to exorcise a wangliang (malevolent spirit) from a violent farmer but end up transforming him into a tiger monster:

Yokai Watch (Monster & Muscle Growth Transformations)

Yokai Watch is a gigantic video game/anime franchise and keeping track of all the different anime within it can be difficult. This first clip is from episode 34 of Youkai Watch Jam: Youkai Gakuen Y - N to no Souguu and shows a loser turning into a hideous monster called "O-Eater":

The second clip is from episode 5 of Yokai Watch Shadowside and is supplied by Male Muscle Growth Archives, whose description I quote: "Jinta, a medical doll yokai, is corrupted into a monstrous hulking titan": 

Undoubtedly more transformations from this franchise will pop up... 

High Guardian Spice (Muscle Growth & Anthropomorphic Transformation)

In episode 3, "Transformations," an altered magic potion splashes onto Nebby Cat, causing him to transform into a humanoid shape. He is chased through campus and reverts back to a cat after being hit by magical arrows. There is also quick repeat transformation in episode eight, "Festival of Fall," when he tries to warn the girls about a villain's plan:

Powerpuff Girls (Monster Transformation)

This pair of clips (supplied by The Male Muscle Growth Archives) are from episode 5 of the 2016 reboot series. The synopsis: "Bubbles meets a talking pony named Donny, who wants to be a unicorn, but things take a wrong turn when Donny transforms into a monster that threatens Townsville."

Friday Night Funkin' (Werewolf Transformation)

This is a fan-animation based on Friday Night Funkin' ("an open-source donationware rhythm game," according to Wikipedia). 

Bitten earlier in the night, Boyfriend (the game's main character) transforms during a rap battle:

Ned the Anger Guy (Muscle Growth)

From the webtoon Kirkewood:

In episode 30, Bernard comes home from work and starts to transform into a monster while taking off his clothes.

In episode 32 Bernard undergoes a stressful situation and partially transforms after getting angry.

Ben 10 (Tiger, Wolf and Monster Transformations)

Here are some of the more interesting transformations from the final two seasons of the 2016 reboot of Ben 10. I wish they weren't so brief...

Kevin 11 turns into a werewolf-like alien called Bashmouth (season 3, ep. 19):

Seriously Weird (Dog Transformation)

Thanks to wallywest for suggesting episode 9 of Seriously Weird, which involves Harris, the main protagonist, being possessed by the spirit of a dog and gradually turning into one. The whole episode is embedded below, but for your convenience here are links to the major points:

Waking up with furry hands (06:20), showing off furry hands and chest (07:59), muzzle first appears (09:36), head appears more dog-like (12:49), in feral state (15:28), and instant reversion (21:12). You'll notice that the transformations between these stages aren't shown, which would normally disqualify the episodeg, but enough stages of are shown for us to make an exception.
