Well, the update is finally finished! Sorry it took so long. From now on I will be trying for shorter but more frequent updates. Moving on...
The Strangers (2012) is a pretty good Filipino horror film involving the aswang, a monster native to Filipino folklore. However, since these aswangs are of the "black dog" variety, I'm going to treat them as werewolves.
The following clip was crudely edited together from three different scenes in the movie. The character transforms, then transforms further, then gets into a fight with an aswang hunter. Despite their low budget, the filmmakers decided to rely as much on prosthetics as CGI, and the special effects turned out very well.

Dance in the Vampire Bund (Werewolf Transformations)
I'm not even going to bother trying to describe the premise of this risque anime. All I'll say is that it features a vampire queen whose bodyguard is a werewolf named Akira. He's shown transforming in episodes 7,9, and 11. I've edited together all three of those transformations in the video below. The first scene is especially interesting for the way the transformation spreads across his body, starting at the foot and bursting the seams of every article of clothing on the way to his chest:

As a bonus, here's a slow-motion video of the first transformation:
As a further bonus, here are some scans from the manga the show was based on. As you can see, the anime closely followed the original. These scans from Vol.2 correspond to episode 7:
These scans from Vol.3 correspond to episode 9:
These scans from Vol.4 correspond to episode 11:
And now a final bonus--a vampire bat transformation from Vol.2:

Hulk and the Agents of Smash (Wendigo Transformations)
This Marvel show features the Incredible Hulk as the captain of several other hulks and hulk-like freaks. In episode 10, "Wendigo Apocalypse," the team comes across a swarm of wendigos--anyone scratched by them automatically becomes a wendigo...
This clip is cut together from several scenes. In the first segment, the Hulk's friend Rick Jones becomes a Wendigo. In the next, Hulk becomes one too. But then he teams up with Wolverine to destroy the head Wendigo, causing all the other wendigos to return to normal.

Dragon Ball (Ape Transformations)
On New Year's Eve I received a message from a reader named Oozarufan, who wrote: "Have you seen Dragon Ball? Not much a fan of the show but it has one of the best TFs I have ever seen : The great ape transformation (oozaru). I have a weakness for giant monster TFs. Stonegate's site has some images but the videos have not been uploaded [EDIT: Now they have, more below], so I figured it would be a good idea to put them here. I leave you the link of a youtube channel that has almost all of them: http://www.youtube.com/user/ohzaruohzaru"
Many thanks, Oozarufan. I also confess to having a weakness for giant monster transformations, and though I'm also not a Dragon Ball fan, it does have some of the best transformations in all of anime. These involve the show's protagonists, Goku and Gohan (father and son), who are from a race of aliens born with monkey tails. When they see the full moon, they transform into ooazru, King Kong-sized apes (though apes don't have tails) with a suspiciously werewolf-like snouts. The transformations combine clothes-bursting, muscle-growth, age-progression, and muzzle-growth, making them a transformation-fan's delight.
EDIT: In the years after this post was written, Shadowlord Inc. has uploaded all the transformation videos from Dragonball and Dragonball Z. So click on those links.
I should also note that Dutchbull has the oozaru transformation scene from the live action Dragon Ball Evolution film. Not as good as the cartoon versions, but not negligible either.
All that's left to post here is Goku's transformation into a golden-furred ape in episode 33 of Dragon Ball GT. Here is Ohzaruohzaru's edit of the scene:

Bitten (Werewolf Transformation)
This is probably old news for most of you, but in case anyone's been living under a rock, here's a clip from Bitten, the new TV series about the "world's only female werewolf" (let's keep it that way).
My feelings about this show were pessimistic, so it was pleasant surprise to see a male werewolf get naked and transform in the first episode. The transformation consists of only two shots and is mixed with that of the female lead, but the actor, Michael Xavier, is quite a looker (and one of the few black werewolves on television) and the budget CGI is okay. Let's hope this show will continue throwing us a bone...
P.S. If you want to see screenshots of the naked Mr. Xavier, go to Restituda's blog, required reading for devotees of the male form..

Update in Progress and Housekeeping
As you can see below, three new posts have recently appeared. They appeared by mistake--I'm preparing a larger update and they were meant to be part of it. However, I accidentally published the drafts. The posts are staying, but rest assured that I'm not done updating! The best is yet to come.
The rest of the update will be posted on Thursday or Friday, but in the meantime I've fixed some broken links whose videos went down. Videos have now returned for:
* "Regular Show" (Skunk/Wereskunk Transformation)
* "Horrid Henry" (Ape Transformation)
* "The Amazing World of Gumball" (Age Progression/Muscle Growth)

Bobby's World (Hulk/Muscle Growth Transformations)
Bobby's World is an old cartoon from the 90s, about a kid with an overactive imagination. In several episodes, he imagines himself turning into the Incredible Hulk, and some kind soul on youtube decided to compile three of those transformations. The video/audio quality is not great, but beggars can't be choosers.
Daddy's Handwriting (Age Progression)
I regret not discovering this before Christmas, since it would have been perfect. But no matter what the season, this is still funny.

FIFA 14 Next Gen. with Lionel Messi (Age Progression)
Everyone's already seen this, but in case anyone's been living under a rock, here's the video game commercial where a kid turns into soccer superstar Lionel Messi. The transformation is very well-rendered (even when showing weird stuff like bare feet turning into soccer shoes) and gives a certain amount of hope: If they can devise CGI this good for age progression, think what could be done with a werewolf...
