Claymore (Monster and Lion Transformations)

Our thanks to Andréssaurio Rex for his hard work in finding and recommending all the issues and episode numbers used in this lengthy post. This manga/anime is "set on a fictional medieval island where humans are plagued by Yoma, humanoid shape-shifters that feed on humans." The Yoma are hunted, for the protection of humans, by "Claymores," human-Yoma hybrids.

In chapter one the protagonist Raki asks his brother about Yoma and Claymores:

Later on, Raki comes home to find that a Yoma has taken over his brother and killed their family:

Moving on to chpater 26 (vol. 5), a friendly villager turns out to be a Yoma in disguise:

Chapter 42 (Vol. 8) has more Yomas shifting outdoors:

In the same chapter we see a Yoma torturing a Claymore until both of them turn into monsters:

In chapters 51 and 52 (Vols. 9 & 10) a "human" with a scarred face turns into a tall white Yoma to attack a town:

The hooded friend of the Yoma also transforms (after taking off his hood off-panel) and goes on the warpath:

Lastly, in episode 21 the Claymores face a Yoma who can transform into a sexy lion-man (the manga didn't have an onscreen transformation, so I skipped it). The clip runs a little long, so that you can enjoy his lion form:

Rising of the Shield Hero (Lion and Monster Transformations)

In season 4 episode 4, Jaralis uses a potion to transform into his Beast form, in order to fight a duel. Thanks to ShareContent on our Discord server for recommending these clips:

In episode 5, Jaralis, after being put in a corner, starts feeding on his minions and transforms into a chimera:

Solo Leveling (Lion Transformation)

In episode 21 the hunter Baek uses transformation magic to show how much of a beast he really is:

Sorcerer (Lion and Donkey transformations)

A scientist is held at gunpoint by a robber while being interviewed on the street. The scientist uses a unique form of self-defense and then deals with the jackass interviewer:

 

Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft (Monster Transformation)

Thanks to A.M. Studios for alerting us to this scene from the latest Lara Croft cartoon (episode 7). The  villain absorbs magical stones into his body, which transform him into a monster resembling the pixiu, a monster from Chinese mythology that resembles a winged lion. This clip, assembled from various scenes, includes a reversion at the end:

Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest (Werelion Transformation)

 In episode 9, Elfman fights with Loke in his Beast Soul: Werelion form to find who is the better lion:

Akuma-kun (Lion Transformation)

Episode five of this anime from 1989 gives us a lion transformation (it's a classical Chinese-style lion):

Titans: Beast World (Lion, Starfish, Turtle, Wolf, Cat, and Fox Transformations)

This multi-issue crossover series involves various superheroes being transformed into beast-people. I thought the story was rather dopey and I was underwhelmed by the transformations, but let's see what you think. 

The fun starts in Titans: Beast World #1. Beast Boy, while in whale form, turns into the alien Starro (a really big starfish):

Then, to make a long story short, little starros start falling from the sky and into people's mouths, turning them into anthropoid beasts. Black Adam is the first to transform:

 

The fun continues in Titans: Beast World Tour Metropolis, when Jimmy Olsen turns into a giant turtle (which he's done on other occasions). He attacks a bridge and eventually turns back to normal:

In Titans: Beast World #2, Batman gets infected with a spore by another beast-person and turns into a man-wolf (why not a vampire bat?):

In Nightwing #109, Damian Wayne (obnoxious son of Bruce), the current Robin, is force-fed a spore and gets in touch with his feline side:

 

He turns back to normal in Nightwing #110:

 

Nightwing himself becomes a real fox in Titans #6 and 7--he reverts in the latter issue as well:

Finally, both Batman and Beast Boy are cured in Titans: Beast World #6:
