Transylvania Rising is an unaired pilot from 2016. Set in 1880, it's about "a young woman in search of her missing father travels to Transylvania, where she teams up with a wrongfully disgraced Scotland Yard Detective and together they witness the births of the most famous monsters and villains in history."

The wolfman is of course involved, and he transforms at a masked ball:

Fright Night (Wolf Reversion & Bat Transformations)

Everyone is familiar with Evil Ed's excellent wolf reversion scene from Fright Night, but you might not know that the film was adapted into a comic series in 1988. From issue 2:

As usual in comics, Evil Ed was somehow brought back to life, and he's seen reverting from bat form in issue 8:

He turns into the green bat again in issue 17:

In the final episode of season 1 the Abyss attacks and Berto angrily uses his special roar to transform into a revenge-seeking monster:
