Les Contes du Korrigan (Fish Transformation)

This French comic, based on legends from Brittany, includes a story about a young man who gets deposited in a strange realm by a Dragon:

There he is seduced by the sorceress in charge, and after they make love she turns him into a fish!

Luckily his girlfriend comes to the rescue and turns him back into a human, so he can fight the fish-men serving the sorceress. Afterward he and his girlfriend flee the accursed realm and the dragon deposits them back in their own:

Animorphs: The Message (Fish, Dolphin, Shark, Seagull, and Alien Transformations)

In this update we bring you scans from two Animorphs graphic novels. This post showcases volume four, The Message. Go a few posts down to find volume five. 

The Message shows our heroes (the two males are Marco and Jake) undergoing various aquatic transformations. They start by turning into fish (salmon?):

Later they turn into dolphins, but Marco gets injured and has to revert to human form:

 

Then comes a scene where everyone reverts from seagulls to humans:

And in case you're getting sick of reversions, here's a scene of Marco turning into a dolphin:

Our heroes are joined by an alien named Ax. Together they escape from the bad guys by morphing again: the humans into dolphins and Ax into a shark.

Digimon Ghost Game (Fish-man Transformation Scene)

In episode 64, people are being called to the sea by a demonic force as a thick fog surrounds the area. As they get closer they start transforming into fish people:

Rasetsu - Primal Hunt (Panther and Fish Monster Transformations)

The protagonist of this French manga has the ability to turn into a humanoid panther. In volume 2 he takes on some thugs who turn into fish monsters:

Gary and His Demons (Rat and Monster Transformation)

In episode 7 Gary and his friends are trapped between walls closing in; a gentlemanly mouse offers to help them escape, with monstrous consequences:

 

In episode 8, Gary is dealing with his age and tries to become young again. He injects a formula that turns out to contain rat DNA instead and turns into a rat:

 

In episode 11, Jerry's Gary's partner gets bitten by a fish demon and turns into a fish monster:

Duck Tales (Muscle Growth and Monster Transformations)

Pet (Fish and Element Transformations)

I'm not even going to try describing this trippy anime! From what I can tell, there are two characters, Tsukasa and Hiroki, who can enter people's subconsciousness by transforming into water (Tsukasa) and a fish (Hiroki).
Below is a super-cut of the transformation scenes from episodes 2, 6, 11 and 13. You'll see some size changes and a dog-to-human morph. But mostly fish and water!

Lives (Monster Transformations)

Back in January a reader named Notiro suggested featuring the manga Lives. The plot involves a "meteor which hits the earth and transports several people to another world where they start turning into monsters. Most of the transformations occur off-panel, but here's one that doesn't.

The same character later transforms into a more feral, fish-like state, starting here.  

At the end the main character transforms as well. There's one page of the transformation starting here, followed by the rest of the TF.

Manzanita Sol (Evolution Transformation)

Manzanita Sol is a fruit-flavored soft drink sold in Spain or Latin America, and this amusing commercial features a fish so desperate for a gulp that he evolves out of his tank and into human form, turning into a half-dozen species along the way. It's bad science, since hardly any of the creatures he evolves into are human  ancestors, but I wouldn't mind seeing more commercials of animals turning into naked men.
