From co-editor Daymon:
This film clip from The Spiderwick Chronicles shows an ogre shedding his human disguise. Luckily for us, it looks exactly like human-to-ogre transformation.
As a bonus, here's a muscle-growth scene of a pig-guy from Star vs The Forces of Evil.

"The Night Creatures" (Werewolf Transformation)
This commercial for Movistar begins with a cute looking guy watching a basketball game...what happens next will be familiar to anyone who's seen the film of Teen Wolf, though the make-up owes more to the Teen Wolf TV show. Regardless, this one of the better looking wolfmen you'll see in a commercial

Transformation Round-Up (Tiger, Panther, boar, and Werewolf transformations)
Co-editor Daymon here with some more transformations for all of you.
* First, two NSFW were-tiger and were-panther transformations from the artist Tanraak.
* Now for some werewolves. The first, suggested by an anonymous commenter, is from the manga version of a web novel called Jinrou e no Tensei, Maou no Fukukan, or Reincarnated into a Werewolf, the Demon Lord Servants:
* The following transformations were found in webcomics. In Glass Scientist a werewolf goes though unstable transformations from full-wolf to anthro-wolf form, as seen here and here.
In How to be a Werewolf , the heroine's best friend is confronted by a pack of humanoid werewolves and transforms into a monster werewolf.
And here's a lycanthropic scene from the Brazilian version of Flash Gordon.
* The final set of items are various pieces of artwork found on a Brazilian art site:

"Cursed by Gypsies" is an gif of a white trash lycanthrope, while "Wereboar" shows a pig-man going feral.

Guardians of the Night (Pig Transformation)
The 2016 Russian film Nochnye strazhi, aka Guardians of the Night (not to be confused with the upcoming Russian film Guardians, which features a werebear) is mostly about vampires, but one of the minor villains has the ability to become a boar. The actor is not my cup of tea, but there must be someone out there who's into tubby dudes getting tubbier...
Tests (Werewolf Transformation)
Here is a smoothly rendered werewolf transformation, animated via Blender:
There's also an earlier version (and two other early versions) on the artist's YouTube page.

Saur and Snake (Dinosaur and Snake Transformations)
Here are two youtube videos from a German artist named Alan Talbor. First, a hand-drawn animation of a dinosaur transformation, created from over 700 drawings:
Next, a computer-animated snake TF:
Both videos are paced to allow viewers to fully take in the transformations. If you enjoyed them, consider encouraging the artist by leaving some nice comments on youtube.
