Macbeth with Dinosaurs (Human Transformation)

Siward, the dinosaur star of this Adult Swim cartoon, gets bitten by a (human) dad and transforms into a "were-dad" (technically "dino-dad"). Then another dinosaur and a monster character get transformed. Before the end they all transform back to their normal dinosaur selves: 

Reptil (Dinosaur Transformation)

Reptil is a C-list Marvel character who can change any part of his body into that of a dinosaur. Most of his transformations are instant and partial and therefore uninteresting, but in Reptil #2 he turns all the way into a Tyrannosaurus Rex:

Now for a pair of webcomics!

"Highschool Bites" features a werewolf among its main protagonists. He transforms in Chapter 7 ("Things Get Furry") and reverts in Chapter 9 ("Safety First"). He quickly transforms at the start of Chapter 26 ("Name Calling") and reverts in Chapter 28 ("Playing Doctor"). 

The premise of the webcomic "My boyfriend turned into a dinosaur" is explained by its title. In Chapter 12 the boyfriend transforms from a humanoid dinosaur to a full one when his girlfriend is attacked (his final form is seen in the next chapter).  In Chapter 17 he clams down and reverts to humanoid dinosaur form.

The next comic we recommend is more homoerotic and comes from Agatha Hart. "By Moonlight" is about a werewolf trying to hide from the moonlight until his sweet human boyfriend gives him assistance transforming. You might have seen censored pages of this comic posted on Ms. Hart's Furaffinity account, but here is your chance to purchase a complete uncensored pdf of chapter 1.

We conclude by switching to written TF. 

DesirD has asked us to let readers know of his "Werewolf of Las Vegas series". The link is to their Furaffinity folder, but the stories began life at CYOC.com and can be read by going to the author's profile page and reading upward from "Werewolf of Vegas."

Chatons contre Dinosaures (Dinosaur Transformation)

 The title of this French comic translates to Kittens versus Dinosaurs. I will try to summarize the plot: a young girl is given a set of kittens by her dad, who is a scientist. The kittens turn out to be ninja kitties who help the girl foil an alien invasion. The aliens have hatched a dastardly plot to turn humans into dinosaurs, and one of their victims is the girl's father!

Alas, the reversion scene is not shown, but I included the panels below anyway.

Saur Transformation (Dinosaur Transformation)

'Tis I, Kumaguma, bringing you another transformation from Stahlflower Animation 'n Art. In this video, we get a 3D transformation of a man transforming into a Velociraptor. In my opinion, it's an improvement compared to their previous works and I'm sure we'll see more work of this quality in the future.

Art and Webcomic Round-Up 09/19 (Various Transformations)

This update's Art Round-Up will be short but sweet.

We lead with a transformation-themed visual novel/video game titled "My Boyfriend's a Werecat." The link will take you to the public demo by the artist Jetyl (aka Hydez at Furaffinity) who plans to add further transformation scenes if the work is a success. We recommend downloading Werecat and giving the artist your support and/or compliments. Our thanks to Theultimatecrusader for recommending this project to us.

The mention of Furaffinity leads us to mention several good finds on that site:

Scud the Disposable Assassin (Dinosaur and Werewolf Transformation)

Daymon here with some transformations from the graphic novel Scud the Disposable Assassin. First up, a cyborg mob boss gets bitten by a zombie cyborg dinosaur and slowly changes into one:

Next, Scud gains a new human arm, but soon finds out it belongs to a werewolf. Things get a little hairy on the last page:

Finally we see the transformation of the werewolf who "donated" his arm to Scud. The transformation occurs onboard a space shuttle to the moon:

Two Marvel comics involving reptiles...

A scientific expeirment gone wrong causes a Tyrannosaurus Rex to become a human boy in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur #33:

And from New Avengers (Vol.4, # 09) the story "American Kaiju." The American military injects a soldier with a gamma-enhanced cocktail of mutant growth hormones and the serum used by the Lizard from Spider-Man comics. The result? An all-American Godzilla!

Alas, he's cured in the next issue:

Mr. Bean: the Animated Series (Bird to Dinosaur Transformation)

This post was suggested by Theultimatecrusader, who writes:
"Well, this was a lucky find! A quick, but detailed bird-to-dino transformation...from some random episode of the Mr. Bean cartoon of all places (and yes, the bird is male so it counts. Go to the end of the episode and you'll see)."

Saur and Snake (Dinosaur and Snake Transformations)

Transformation Round-Up (Various Transformations)

All of the following transformations were discovered by Daymon, our resident TF sleuth-hound.

A gnarly lion-monster transformation from the anime Flame of Recca (episode 24). The character gets even more monstery in the next episode.

A caveman TF from Totally Spies (Season 3, Episode 23: "Head Shrinker Much?").

Here's a cartoon I remember from growing up in the 80s: Tiger Sharks, which ran as part of an anthology program called the Comic Strip. The characters were humans who could turn into marine animal hybrids. In this clip from the first episode you see Walro going walrus, and then, after a few seconds, Mako becoming a man-shark. In the next episode, Lorca turns into--well, you can guess from the name.

From the first episode of another 80s show, Galaxy High School, a bulldog turns into a two-legged dog-man.

In episode 24 of The Men in Black cartoon, Agent K turns into a well-muscled rock humanoid at the 6:05 mark.

More for the muscle-growth fans: a bulking-up from the film Heavy Metal.

And one more treat for muscle-growth fans--a scene from the 2006 cartoon Biker Mice From Mars (Season 4, episode 3; "The British Invasion"), wherein mouse-man Stoker transforms into a feral rat-like monster when exposed to sunlight. The scene begins at 1:06 and continues past the opening credits, with a reversion at 11:08.

A dinosaurian TF from the manga Animal X (Vol.01 Ch.02 "Aragami no Ichizoku").

No update would be complete without a NSFW entry, and this one is from a doujinshi called Saimin Sennouen, which has two transformation scenes. In the first (starting here) a man has a bear mask placed on his head, which transforms him into a metaphorical bear and then a literal one. In the other story, a guy is turned into a Minotaur/bull (the artwork's by Nojo).

Daymon was also curious if anyone knew the source anime of a certain muscle-growth gif.

Zoo (Vulture, rat, sabretooth tiger, tyrannosaurus rex transformations)

Zoo is a short online manga containing a smorgasbord of transformations. Since I can't read Japanese, I can't tell you the name of the author or what's going on, but the art looks very similar to that of Naruto.
The two male protagonists drink potions that turn them into various animals--though many of the transformations are off-panel, three or four have been spread across a few panels. Read Zoo here.

In case you need reading instructions, start by clicking the arrow in the pop-up sign. This will take you the main page. From there, turn the pages by clicking the arrow at the bottom of the screen (the arrow faces right).
