Monster Raban (Kaiju/Lizard Monster Transformation)

Thanks to Dinonator for recommending this manga from 1958. A scientist comes across his rival, who has been reduced to skin and bones by poison, and injects him with a vial of Godzilla's blood, hoping it will be lethal. Instead it turns his rival into a giant lizard.

Spider-Man: Curse of the Man-Thing (Lizard and Plant Transformations)

In the first issue the Lizard and Man-Thing meet in their human forms (they're both scientists). The Lizard transforms, and then during a fire-fight the Man-Thing germinates from some plant matter.

Now for a pair of webcomics!

"Highschool Bites" features a werewolf among its main protagonists. He transforms in Chapter 7 ("Things Get Furry") and reverts in Chapter 9 ("Safety First"). He quickly transforms at the start of Chapter 26 ("Name Calling") and reverts in Chapter 28 ("Playing Doctor"). 

The premise of the webcomic "My boyfriend turned into a dinosaur" is explained by its title. In Chapter 12 the boyfriend transforms from a humanoid dinosaur to a full one when his girlfriend is attacked (his final form is seen in the next chapter).  In Chapter 17 he clams down and reverts to humanoid dinosaur form.

The next comic we recommend is more homoerotic and comes from Agatha Hart. "By Moonlight" is about a werewolf trying to hide from the moonlight until his sweet human boyfriend gives him assistance transforming. You might have seen censored pages of this comic posted on Ms. Hart's Furaffinity account, but here is your chance to purchase a complete uncensored pdf of chapter 1.

We conclude by switching to written TF. 

DesirD has asked us to let readers know of his "Werewolf of Las Vegas series". The link is to their Furaffinity folder, but the stories began life at CYOC.com and can be read by going to the author's profile page and reading upward from "Werewolf of Vegas."

Last but never least, TC Lin, one of the first and very best TF writers, has brought his classic stories involving BIPOC men back to Furaffinity. You can read them here. 

Idle Transformation (Werewolf, Yeti, Lizard and Chimpanzee Transformations)

 My thanks to Arenson for recommending this "max level" gameplay video from the mobile game Idle Transformation. It shows a man turning into a werewolf, yeti, lizard-man, mummy, and chimpanzee.

Cautious Hero (Humanoid Dragon Transformation)

Here is a quick partial transformation from the anime Shinchou Yuusha: Kono Yuusha ga Ore Tueee Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru, aka Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious. My thanks to AP Ninja at the Process board for reporting it.

In episode 5 one of the sidekick characters--Mash, "a young dragonkin warrior"--encounters Leviae, the Great Mother of Dragons, who transforms him into a humanoid dragon (or "dragonewt"). In case the cue doesn't work, scroll to 22:37




Apparently in future episode Mash will be able to transform into a full dragon, so I hope someone keeps tabs on this show.

To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts (Dragon, Werewolf, Lizard, Rhino, Hydra, and Monster Transformation)

Kumaguma here with transformations from the anime To The Abandoned Sacred Beasts, which involves soldiers called Incarnates who can transform into a mythical creature as a secret weapon to win a war. I managed to get several TFs from some various episodes. Here is the transformations from episode 1:

Marvel's Spider-Man (2017) (Lizard Transformation, Giant Growth and, Reversion)
