I absolutely have no idea, but I think if I recall, that werewolf TF scene aired way back. Anyway, I think full frontal TFs or the transformations showing their hot bodies( are way better than the clothed ones.

Killing Bites anime has a short lion tf in the first episode. The anime is ongoing so hopefully there will be more male tfs

There is a werewolf TF scene in an episode of GMA's "Kakabakaba", which ran from 2000-02.
Thanks John--do you know of a way to watch "Kakabakaba"? In my experience Filipino shows from back then are difficult to find online.
