The Brazilian film Good Manners (original title As Boas Maneiras) is a critically praised fantasy-horror-drama about a nurse in São Paulo who ends up raising a small boy different from other children. He was born a werewolf and he turns into one at inconvenient times. The special effects budget seems to have covered only a few digital effects, but what's there is well rendered.
This edited clip shows the child undergoing two transformations--each is from a different part of the film. Don't worry about last scene--the wound isn't fatal!
Note: this clip is in SD because I wasn't able to find a better quality copy of the film.
EDIT: We received a wonderful gift from our reader Sebastian, who was obtained a higher quality video and has edited together a new compilation of the transformation scenes, including several bits in slow motion!

Loved the nose part. That is not common and was well done.
I want to see this. Where did you find the film period?
I wish I was a werewolf 🐺
I wish to be a werewolf too
