Saw the preview for next week's episode of Dragon Ball Super and it seems there's going to be some muscle growth/transformation (and not just the usual DB kind) involved thanks to a parasite that grants its host immense power when it infects them. I don't actually watch the show so I'm not sure which episode it'll be.
An update on that: the episode is available subbed and is episode 74. Unfortunately there's only one notable transformation in my opinion during the beginning of the episode where they talk about what the parasite does. The person it infects later transforms off-screen. There is an ape-like transformation later but it's very disappointing.
