In episode 3, "Transformations," an altered magic potion splashes onto Nebby Cat, causing him to transform into a humanoid shape. He is chased through campus and reverts back to a cat after being hit by magical arrows. There is also quick repeat transformation in episode eight, "Festival of Fall," when he tries to warn the girls about a villain's plan:
