Man-Bat had several memorable appearances in animation as well. He's in the classic first episode of Batman: The Animated Series, and his transformation can be seen here thanks to our friend Dutchbull. He also made several appearances in the later (and inferior) cartoon The Batman. Those TF scenes, also hosted by Dutchbull, are listed below:

Lots and lots of searching is the answer. And lot of it is often fruitless--90% of the transformation-related media I go through are unusable.
Werewolves are easy to search for on google, which is why they show up so often here. I don't remember how I found the man-bat images, but I probably was searching for comics featuring the character and read a description that mentioned him transforming.
