Man-Thing (Plant Monster Transformation and Pig Reversion)

Our thanks to the anonymous commenter who recommend the 2017 Man-Thing comic miniseries, written by R.L. Stine. From issue #1:

The cover of issue #2:

From issue #3, a trippy sequence involving a pig-to-human reversion:

Batman: Caped Crusader (Monster Transformation and Muscle Growth)

The first season of episode two ("Brute Force") shows mobster Mark Desmond being injected with a serum, created by Dr. Hugo Strange, which turns him into a hulking monster. The episode and the design of the monster reference the 1940 story "The Giants of Hugo Strange," from Batman #1, while the name Mark Desmond references the 1960s villain the Blockbuster, who also turned into a super-strong giant.

This clip includes a reversion at 01:20.

He-Man: Masters of the Universe (Muscle Growth)

Here is Prince Adam's first transformation into musclebound He-Man, from this year's movie:

"Marvel's Avengers" Video Games & Spider-Man: Brand New Day (Hulk & Muscle Growth Transformations)

Here's a compilation of  "All Hulk Transformations in Marvel's Avengers" (the video games):

We were going to post a video of the Hulk-out from Spider-Man: Brand New Day, but it's was taken down. Let's see if this one stays up:

If it gets taken down by the time you read this post, try this vertical one, or this one on Reddit, though it has the noisiest audience in the world.

For a bonus, here's a quick Hulk-out from the Marvel Rivals: Domination video game:

Thanks to Andréssaurio Rex for all the videos!

Ultraforce, Regular Show, and Arkham City (Monster Transformations)

Thanks again to Andréssaurio Rex for finding these clips.

Several monster/muscle growth transformations are in episode five of the 1995 cartoon Ultraforce, involving a villain named "Sludge," whose "normal" appearance is that of a blue anthropoid. The first one, actually a reversion, starts at 6:52, to which this video is cued. Then there's a transformation at 7:07, another reversion at 10:04, and a last TF at 10:50.

If you're in the mood for more sludgy monsters, here's a slime-blob TF from episode eight of Regular Show: Lost Tapes:

And continuing with sludge monsters, here's a scene from the video game Batman: Arkham City, where the Joker reveals himself to be Clayface in disguise:

Transformation Round-Up (Monster, Imp, Vampire and Muscle Growth Transformations)

Thanks to Andréssaurio Rex for locating the first four clips in this round-up.

A monstrous "rager" TF from the video game Gears of War: Judgment:

A chimpanzee turns into an alien-chimp in episode 17 of StuGo:

Some vampire facial transformations from the Swedish horror film Frostbite (2006). The first is cued to 27:37, the rest occur at 01:01:38 and at 01:17:09 and concludes after an interuption at 01:17:45.

From Rahan episode one, a bear-to-imp/gnome transformation:

Some comedic muscle growth found by Kevrai, from the Atomic Betty spin-off webseries Crash-Test Noah, episode six:

And for a comedic bonus, some absurd muscle growth from this Japanese commercial, also found by Kevrai:

Vox Machina (Muscle Growth and Monster Transfomation)

Thanks again to Andréssaurio Rex for these recommendations.

Some muscle growth from season four, episode one:

And in this clip (from season four, episode four) a monster increases in size and grows wings:

One Piece (Muscle Growth/Size Transformation)

Thanks to Andréssaurio Rex for recommending this scene involving the anthropoid reindeer Chopper (from season two, episode seven):

"There Was a Cute Girl in the Hero's Party..." (Muscle Growth & Demon Transformation)

This clip from There Was a Cute Girl in the Hero's Party, So I Tried Confessing to Her (what's with all these ultra-long anime names?) is brought to you by the good samaritan at the The Male Muscle Growth Archives YouTube channel.

Episode 5 ("I Tried Being a Demon Again") shows the protagonist reverting to his demon form, though the main attraction of this scene is the muscle growth:

Invincible (Muscle Growth)

Satan regains his true form in this diabolical clip from the fourth episode of season four ("Hurm"):

Ultimate Human (Hulk/Muscle Growth Transformation)

Thanks to Andréssaurio Rex for suggesting this scene from Ultimate Human #1, wherein Tony Stark subjects Bruce Banner to scientific tests, causing him to hulk out:

And for a bonus, here's a reversion scene from Ultimate Marvel Team-Up #3:

"Monkey Wrench" & "Primal" (Muscle Growth)

From episode 4 of the webseries: After Beebs refuses Campion Ajax's offer and shrugs him off, the latter grows with wrath:

And continuing with the monstrous-muscle-growth theme, here's a scene of a male dinosaur hulking up, from Primal (season 3, ep. 10). Thanks to Mr. Rex for the recommendation.

"Biker Mice From Mars" & "Acme Arsenal" (Muscle Growth and Monster Transformations)

Andréssaurio Rex suggested featuring the muscle growth scenes from this '90s cartoon. Luckily for lazy people like myself, The Male Muscle Growth Archives has already assembled a compilation of them! Go directly to the video's description for the episode titles.

Mr. Rex also recommended this short cutscene from the video game Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal, which also features muscle growth and monsterism, so I've included it as a bonus:

"The Bathroom" (Muscle Growth & Werewolf Transformation)

The Bathroom is a multi-part animation created by A.M. Studios, a friend of the blog. We're not able to embed the videos, but since they're all NSFW that's not a huge problem. You can view them here.

Parts I and II contain muscle-and-hair-growth. Part III comes in two versions: one involves more muscle growth while the other transitions into a werewolf transformation.

Thanks to BeastWolf for recommending this video on our Discord server.

A student transforms into...a studly version of Santa Claus. Merry Christmas!

Solar Opposites (Monster, Muscle Growth, and Transgender Transformations)

Thanks to Andréssaurio Rex for finding these!

From episode four of season six: Korvo (one of the main characters) is having an argument with his daughter Jesse, who wants to be a dad (after playacting as one and enjoying the perks). She gets accidentally doused with a chemical that turns her into a literal Dad:

From episode 10 of season six: a monster who feeds on negativity gets an overload, causing him to grow too much. Shortly afterward, "The Pupa" turns from a grub into a snake-like monster:

"Godzilla Destroys The Marvel Universe" & Jextorz's "Godzilla" (Hulk Transformation/Muscle Growth)

Thanks again to Andréssaurio Rex for recommending issue 4 of this mini-series, where Bruce Banner transforms into a giant-size Hulk to clobber Godzilla.

Staying on the Godzilla theme, here is a Gozilla transformation motion-comic by Jextorz:

Muscle & Size Growth Video Round-Up (Muscle Growth Transformations)

All of these videos are previews for fuller versions on the artists' Patreon accounts. While not explicit, they're best considered NSFW.

Angel of Gainz (Muscle Growth)

This animation by MeatCanyon shows what happens one gym bro meets another and helps him make some massive gains:

The Incredible Hulk Roller Coaster (Hulk Transformations)

This is an update of an old post from 2016, regarding the computer-animated video created by Axis Studios for the Universal attraction "The Incredible Hulk Roller Coaster." The original video had intercut two male and two female hulk-outs, all impressively rendered.

An anonymous commenter recently informed us that the male hulk-out scenes are now available separately and in full. The two videos also include unfinished sections that didn't make the final stage of animation. Sadly, Axis Studios is going out of business, so let us remember its good work by rewatching these transformations.
