In this comic, originally published in 2000 AD, Dr. Michael Peyne grows younger and younger as the end of his world approaches. He'd been tryig to write a book, but that becomes increasingly difficult. I've combined and restructured various pages and panels to focus solely on the age regression, and as a result the pictures will be more understandable than the text.

"Spider-Man '94" & "Adventures Into the Unknown" (Age Progression and Age Regression)
Issue two of Spider-Man '94, published in 2025, features the age progression of Peter Parker clone Kaine, who goes from test-tube baby to adult:
And for some age regression, here's a story from Adventures Into the Unknown #117, published in 1960. It's only five pages, so I've included all of it:

Thanks to Mr.TF from Discord for recommending this video game scene. A character named Otto is taken back to childhood by a dish he remembered from his early years:

Tussen Jou en Mij, Poison Kiss, & Quickie 8 (Age Regression and Progression)
These three items all involve age transformations. First, an anonymous reader recommends the Dutch music video "Tussen Jou en Mij," which has some animated age regression toward the end:
Next, Ian Ricky has found an age progresion scene from the live action Chinese film Poison Kiss (1992, 毒吻). Ian provides a description: "A son was born from a chemical factory worker couple who died. The son has highly poisonous saliva, but also suffers from gigantism due to environmental pollution and grows up rapidly whenever there's a thunderstorm. He goes from a baby to a toddler, a child, and a young man. The surface of his body grows extremely poisonous and kills whatever touches it. In the end, he's struck by lightning and disappears..."
Concluding this post is a link to "Quickie 8" by AgeGrowthFictions, who creates high quality age progression animation. Before you click, be aware that this video is NSFW. Watch it here! The artist also has a trailer for his newest work, which involves AP and a demon TF.

Gespenster Geschichten (Age Regression)
I don't have much information on this German comic (I don't even know what issues these stories came from) but here are the ends of two stories that show men regressing into babies.
From "Das Geheimis des Zaubertrankes":
From "Die Flasche mit dem Teufelstrank":

"Seek," "Hatena Illusion" & "Danino Yogurt" (Age Progression, Age Regression and Muscle Growth)
Starting with the latter, here is a commercial for Seek (an employment company) that involves a man aging down by 72 years:
The next two clips approach aging from different directions but they meet in the same place: muscle growth!
My thanks to APninja for recommending a scene from episode 11 of the anime Hatena Illusion,
where an old butler turns into a young and very well muscled jock:
Here is an Australian yogurt commercial from 1995. Lucky Aussies! I don't recall anything like this on American TV...

The Skinner Boys (Age Regression)
There are several transformation scenes in season 2, but all have been disappointing so far (it's rare to find decent TFs in flash animation). There's a werewolf episode coming up, but I'm not optimistic.

Round the Twist (Age Progression and Regression)
In this episode ("Pink Bowtie," from season 2, episode 4), we're treated to three age transformation scenes. They're low-budget and goofy, but that's part of their charm--plus the show hired many actors to portray the characters at various ages.
The premise involves two thieves onboard a ferry who are fighting over money and an age transformation device. One of the thieves has turned himself into a teenager, but after being confronted by other teenagers he turns back into a man.
Keep watching, because right afterward the other thief arrives and they begin fighting over the device. They accidentally set it off and are regressed into little boys (17:07).
If that isn't enough, there's a final progression scene where the thieves age from boys to old men (at 19:11) and an age regression scene involving an old couple (at 17:42)
