I was wondering if you had Elias Ainsworth's beast transformation from Ancient Magus Bride here. Or if it counts?
Dorohedoro has a ton of transformations throughout - characters age up and down, characters turn into devils, characters turn into mushrooms, etc.
Some specific examples:
- A devil turns Chota into Nikaido as part of a coverup/prison break in chapter 41
- Dr. Kusakabe is reverted to his original age in chapter 77
- Nikaido and her friend uses magic to transform to their opposite genders to sneak into the enemy base in chapter 78. She transforms back in chapter 79
- Nikaido gradually turns into a devil starting at the end of chapter 82 and fully becoming a demon in chapter 149
