A while back Kumaguma posted a clip from this anime (full name Kenyū Densetsu Yaiba), which aired from 1993 to 1994. However it was taken down, so I decided to re-upload it and add two more clips.
In episode 20, the titular hero is temporarily changed into a dragon by a magic sword:
In episode 25 the samurai Jubei gets drunk and passes out. An evil wizard takes advantage of the situation and summons a demon to turn Jubei into a werewolf. This video also includes a similar transformation scene from episode 27:
