Transylvania Rising is an unaired pilot from 2016. Set in 1880, it's about "a young woman in search of her missing father travels to Transylvania, where she teams up with a wrongfully disgraced Scotland Yard Detective and together they witness the births of the most famous monsters and villains in history."
The wolfman is of course involved, and he transforms at a masked ball:

This is fucking amazing and sad to see that the Wolfman had to die! Also great to see such awesome content, but sad that it had become an unaired project. It would have been really interesting, but alas... things that cost money are rejected bc quality means people would expect more and more costs... where heads want more money for less cost. We see this with gaming like Elden Ring and now Baldur's Gate 3.
