The Simpsons' Treehouse of Horror (Monster Transformation)

In issue #21 Homer drinks from a Slurpee machine that Apu had dumped some monsters in:

Boy & Dragon (Muscle Growth/Monster Transformation)

Here's the tagline for "Full Moon-icorn," the ninth episode from the third season of Boy & Dragon: "When Girl drops off Unicorn at Boy and Dragon's, her precious pony transforms into a ferocious Were-Unicorn."

I'm not entirely sure if the unicorn is male but the buff monster it turns into definitely looks it!

Lycan: Solomon's Odyssey (Werewolf Transformation)

This graphic novel is set in 8,000 BC and tells "the story of Solomon, the world’s first werewolf." You can buy it directly from the creator as a softcover or digital download.

Solomon makes a deal with a demon:

And of course it backfires:

Incredible Hulk & Blood Hunt (Hulk/Muscle Growth Transformations)

Two Hulk comics for you! Incredible Hulk #12 shows the Hulk getting into a fight with other monsters while searching for Dr. Strange. Doctor Voodoo intervenes and makes the Hulk turn back into Bruce Banner.

Dr. Voodoo then tries to cure Banner of the Hulk, but his attempt backfires:

Our second comic is from Incredible Hulk: Blood Hunt #1. Banner transforms after some zombies disembowel him:

The Savage Sword of Conan (Werewolf Transformations)

In issue 3 (from the 2024 series), we open with Conan as a werewolf! He stalks a family who are also werewolves, kills them, and reverts to human form:

But how did Conan become a werewolf? A flashback reveals that he got into a bar fight with some of lycans, got bitten, and transformed:

Eventually Conan tracks down the werewolf who bit him. They both transform for a final battle:

Kaitou Joker (Werewolf Transformations)

In volume 26, chapter 2 of this children's manga (also known as Mysterious Joker) the title character is turned into a werewolf.

The chapter opens with the characters watching a werewolf film:

Later on Joker battles one his enemies, who zaps him with ray that induces lycanthropy. Joker transforms under the full moon and goes home to attack his friends:

The bad guy sends a video that explains Joker will at first transform into a cute dog, but with each later transformation he will grow more bestial and eventually turn into a vicious werewolf and kill his friends:

Joker gets a little more beastly and tries to attack a friend before changing back:

During the subsequent full moon he finally becomes a proper werewolf:

By the way: Kaitou Joker later became an anime, but it ended before the werewolf story could be adapted. Afterward a bonus was created for fans: a pretend-trailer for the never-made fifth season. Very brief scenes from the anime were animated, including a couple from the werewolf chapter. I've cued the video to the (disappointing) transformation scene (at 2:50):

There's also a glimpse of Joker's full werewolf form at 04:15.

A Werewolf's Dream with a Vampire (Werewolf Transformation)

My thanks to Ian Ricky for locating this doujinshi based on Attack on Titan. You can read the whole thing here, but the transformation scene is below. Since the lovemaking is very graphic and definitely NSFW, I've shrunk the thumbnails. Don't click to enlarge them if you're in public!

The next update will occur before September 18th. That's the hard deadline but we anticipate finishing before then. Sorry for long wait but 2024 hasn't been a good year for transformations.
