La Espera (Pig/Boar Transformation)

My thanks to Tinob and Classymike on our Discord server for finding this scene from the Spanish film La Espera (2023). It's a dream sequence showing a partial transformation, but includes what I think is the most important part of a transformation scene. You can guess what it is from the clip...

Karasu wa Aruji wo Erabanai (Monkey/Monster Transformation)

My Instant Death Ability is Overpowered (Vampire-Werewolf Transformation)

In episode four of this anime a monster-villain starts transforming and grows claws, a wolf muzzle, and bat-wings. But the hero's instant death ability strikes before the transformation can finish. His companion is right to be irritated!

My Boyfriend's a Werecat (Cat Transformation)

This "transformation-themed romantic comedy Visual Novel" by Jetyl has been released as a demo, and the final version is still underway. If you'd like to see a play-through, one has been posted to YouTube.  I've cued it to the transformation scene (48:27):

Chapter 6 of this Brazilian webcomic features a well-done transformation scene:

Animorphs: The Message (Fish, Dolphin, Shark, Seagull, and Alien Transformations)

In this update we bring you scans from two Animorphs graphic novels. This post showcases volume four, The Message. Go a few posts down to find volume five. 

The Message shows our heroes (the two males are Marco and Jake) undergoing various aquatic transformations. They start by turning into fish (salmon?):

Later they turn into dolphins, but Marco gets injured and has to revert to human form:

 

Then comes a scene where everyone reverts from seagulls to humans:

And in case you're getting sick of reversions, here's a scene of Marco turning into a dolphin:

Followed by everyone going from dolphins to humans:

Our heroes are joined by an alien named Ax. Together they escape from the bad guys by morphing again: the humans into dolphins and Ax into a shark.

Lastly, Ax decides to morph into a human, but needs help getting dressed:

Evolutale (Tiger Transformation)

This independently made Japanese video game can be played here, but if you just want to see the transformation scenes someone has posted a run-through. 

The premise involves the character waking up in a mad scientist's lab and getting zapped by rays that make him undergo a four-stage transformation into a tiger. I've cued the video to start at 11:24, and if you watch until 12:52 you'll see all the stages.

Werewolf By Night: Blood Hunt (Werewolf Transformation)

Werewolf By Night: Blood Hunt #1 opens with a reversion scene:

Later on our hero gets injured by some nasty vampires, who gloat over his defeat...they stop when he transforms:

Animorphs: The Predator (Alien, Lobster, Scorpion, Ant, Tiger, Gorilla Transformations)

Volume 5 of the Animorphs Graphic Novel series directly follows volume 4 (posted elsewhere in this update, scroll up), which introduced the alien Ax, who can morph into a human. On the cover we see him morphing back into an alien:

That's a preview of things to come. Beforehand we see Ax morphing to jis human form.

Our heroes head to the mall, where Ax draws attention to himself and gets chased by the mall cops. The stress makes him turn back into an alien:

To hide from the authorities, our heroes turn into lobsters:

They get purchased and taken to someone's home. Just as they're about to be boiled alive they revert:

Afterward, Marco has a nightmare where he and Jake partially transform into scorpions:

Later on they turn into ants but find themselves under attack and turn back into humans:

And in the finale, Marco and Jake turn into a gorilla and tiger:

 

Note: I've occasionally reordered and recombined panels, so blame confusing pages on me rather than the artist. I wanted to focus on the transformation scenes and minimize the amount of pages posted.
