There's a series of transformation in the show 'Jekyll and Hyde'. I see that you've recently posted one from episode 5 and I'm not sure if Jekyll's transformation into Hyde would meet your requirements but it was such a joy to watch. Please take a look if you're interested.

I'm glad that you remembered me! Hmm, I wouldn't say that it's a great beast/monster transformation (with muscle, claws, and such) but it shines by the actor's presentation of trying to control his Hyde.
They got a bit lazy on the sequences later on in the show but the first transformation (episode 1) has some nice graphics and flow. It has some skin, nail, and teeth changes along the way.
I could link you to the scene if you'd like. It's a private video on my channel.
PS: I don't know if you're looking for this kind of help but I would like to send you material for this blog. Of course these materials will be screened by you. Apuleius was sitting on his computer trying to find a good source of a new transformation on the web for his blog. he tried to ask what transformation would look good on the blog. so while he was searching he decided to put on some tunes. he typed in bad moon rising on YouTube and clicked on the song. big mistake, once he clicked on it he felt a strange pain on his arm. he looked at it and he noticed that his arm hairs were sticking up and growing. he then looked at his hands and he noticed his fingernails were loose almost. not just one fingernail was lose but all of them. he pulled them off one by one and he felt another pain again on his arm as he felt sharp claws starting to push off of the nails. then he started to itch everywhere. the reason why was because hair was growing everywhere now. he looked back at his hands and he noticed that his hand was growing. his pinky was shrinking but the weird thing was that it stopped at the claws making it a dew claw. the same thing happen to his feet to but he felt his hind legs growing as he fell onto the floor. he felt his spine and rib cage push up as something weird was happening to his ass. it was growing a tail. first the tail had no fur but now it does. he noticed the sound of the song growing louder. it was because his ears were now being pushed to the top of his head and growing. he coughed up blood as he felt his teeth starting to come out. he now noticed sharp teeth coming out of his bloody gums. the taste of his blood was actually not that bad. his point of view now was blood red as his pupils were now turning red. last he felt his nose and jaw growing as his voice became deeper. once that snout was finished pushing the song stopped. he looked himself at the computer screen as he saw a creature covered in hair looking at him instead. he noticed that all of this time his webcam was on. maybe he can finally post something on the blog.

Robert Jekyll has pills to control his condition but is unaware that it's actually his alter ego, Hyde. When a mysterious government force is curious to see Robert's true identity, they stole his stash, unknowing that he would transform into Hyde for the first time.
