In Volume 1 of Gekkan Hypnosis, "Dubious Circus," a man is hired to work at a circus and gets some training with the boss, who reveals his true self:
In Volume 3, "Wolf's Curse," a warrior puts on a pair of cursed claws and becomes cursed to collect the other pieces of armor. The more he completes the set, the more corrupted he becomes by the wolf. The warrior find the final piece and the priest guarding it manages to almost change him back, but the wolf spirit is too strong. He gets all the equipment and fully transforms:
